Campaign by AMOS Trust (RCN 1164234)
Let’s Talk Palestine is excited to be partnering with Gaza Sunbirds, an organisation whose work and purpose mirrors our own commitment to Palestinian-led advocacy.
Over the coming months, we'll be collaborating on content, awareness campaigns and initiatives that support our shared mission of Palestinian liberation. We will also be highlighting opportunities for our community to support Gaza Sunbirds’ work directly, including fundraising and calls to action that contribute to their programmes and impact.
The majority of the money raised from these fundraising campaigns will go directly to Gaza Sunbirds to support their initiatives - both on the ground in Gaza as well as championing Palestinian athletes worldwide. In addition, Let’s Talk Palestine will receive 15% of donations generated as a part of this partnership. Those funds will be reinvested into producing free educational content and supporting our mission.
We only enter into partnerships with organisations whose values align with our own and whose work we genuinely believe advances our shared vision. Partnerships like these help us continue providing learning resources to our community while strengthening the wider ecosystem of organisations working towards the same goals.
The Gaza Sunbirds have already made history as the first Palestinian team to compete in the UCI Paracycling World Championships. In 2026, Sunbirds athletes will compete in races all over the world, as we look towards qualifying for the 2028 Paralympics.
For the Sunbirds, cycling is more than a sport. It represents mobility, freedom, and leadership that extends beyond cycling. When the genocide in Gaza escalated in 2023, our focus shifted immediately. We were able to utilize the trust, care, and community building that was the foundation of our team to set up an aid program. With this, we were able to distribute 500,000 kg of aid in one year.
Today, we are continuing to provide direct aid to Gaza, but we also have the opportunity to reengage with cycling and are recruiting new athletes, both male and female, for the first time since 2023.
The Gaza Sunbirds are proving what is possible when communities have the opportunity to rebuild on their own terms.
With your support, we can create spaces for people with disabilities to recover, compete, lead, and contribute to their communities, together.
Join us in building what comes next.

What is Fiscal Hosting?
As a grassroots organisation working directly in Gaza, Gaza Sunbirds doesn't hold the formal charity registration needed in every country to receive tax-deductible donations or move funds internationally through fully regulated channels. AMOS Trust acts as our fiscal host: a registered charity that receives donations on our behalf, ensuring funds are handled through proper financial and legal oversight, and enabling money raised to reach our programmes in Gaza and support Palestinian athletes worldwide. This partnership lets donors give with full confidence that contributions are managed responsibly and compliantly, while freeing Gaza Sunbirds to focus entirely on our work on the ground rather than the administrative and regulatory demands of running a registered charity ourselves.
