We're throwing Pizza Parties in camps in Gaza to draw smiles on kids faces. We're in the process of building a mobile kitchen to service different areas. Support us by donating beneath; You can send someone a Pizza, a Slice or even a whole party!

We are looking for sustainable initiatives to give a moral boost to our people. Flour prices have remained relatively stable across the war making this something we know we can deliver on even in when things go from bad to worst.

Well why not? We are sick of eating tinned foods and plain bread for those of us lucky enough to find it. It's been nearly a year of genocide and common comforts are rare to come by. Like sports, the feeling of getting a pizza is a universal. By teaching kids how to twist the dough and getting the community involved we make it an opportunity for some much deserved distraction.

So far we have pulled off the Pizza Party once successfully giving out 150 pies. We are aiming to do one party every Friday where preliminarily we will distribute 300 Pizzas. With the correct support, we could get more ovens, or throw more parties in the week. While we get things started it might be tricky to nail this weekly, but we will get there with time. 

We use economic ingredients and re-use things that would traditionally be available in our aid boxes to make these pizzas, the only additional costs are those of the kitchen. As far as hot meals are concerned it's actually a more economic.

We wish we could get a slice of Pizza to every person in Gaza, but unfortunately we are just a small team doing the best we can. We will try to randomise distributions to address as many camps as possible, but ultimately our movement is regularly constrained due to he ongoing circumstances.

The Sunbirds team helps manage and service the kitchen. Our athletes are involved in the execution of the event and ensuring that it takes place. The Sunbirds international network helps support this initiative. 

Not only are we audited by our international partners, but our funds are held with AMOS Trust for specific purposes and sent to Gaza through ACS NGO. This means the money you send in for aid gets used for aid, and the money you send in for our other activities are held on the side too. Your money will definitely make it to Gaza, every month we are able to expand on the amount of services we are providing people. 

Since all the money we raised is locked for use, we use our gift aid to cover our costs to keep the organisation running from websites, to volunteer management and content production. When you give gift aid it is money that will be matched for us from the government. We encourage everyone to give gift aid as it will cost you nothing and will help us greatly.
